function and finally we have a pod that can be oriented up to + 90 degrees so if I talk about the zoom, first the controllable zoom is an easy access function allowing creative effects quite innovative the zoom exploits the definition of the sensor which is superior to the 4K format so this zoom should be used in moderation because we will be able to observe a degradation of the image and movements on the yaw axis if we zoom in too hard also the effect of zooming on a photo is simply a crop now let's talk about HDR mode, clearly it produces a not very natural image in any case at this stage I was not really convinced by the HDR of the drone Anafi Finally, the upwardly adjustable gimbal is a real novelty in this type of aircraft this faculty of the camera to be oriented upwards allows new angles of view and unseen camera movements and moreover, having had to clear the propellers from the field of view of the camera whatever its orientation it guarantees us that whatever the choices in aircraft in terms of multirotor drones so clearly Parrot relies on lightness and energy efficiency a featherweight of 320 g combined with very well designed propellers that the Anafi drone is able to fly actually 25 minutes with only 20 watts hour, while producing a much lower noise level than the competition on the criteria of energy efficiency noise and autonomy, the drone Anafi far surpasses the Mavic Air about the remote control of the Anafi it is not of a formidable aestheticism, it looks like a toy however it is very practical to use, we would have liked to see unscrewable sleeves much more convenient when you put the remote control in a well filled backpack what I like of course this remote control is the automatic power up when unfolding the support it's the position of the smartphone above the remote control it's a set of easily accessible functions and then also, we have a take-off and landing button so now the assessment of the weaknesses of the drone Anafi in air mass on the other hand Parrot must improve the maintaining of the geographical position close to the ground which, I imagine, hybridises the GPS position and the vision system because in the state the device tends to walk a little bit and we are used to better so regarding the battery and its charging time firstly I would say that using USB-C is a good idea because it goes in the direction of avoiding the proliferation of chargers and power supplies that are accumulated at home then the charging time will actually depend on the power supply you put upstream if you have a power supply of 8 W it will take you almost three hours if you have a power supply of 20 to 24 W, the time charge is about 1 hour which is quite in the standards Parrot does not deliver power supply with the Anafi drone so on this point, the charging time, we can not say that it is strictly speaking a problem related to the drone or its battery but only related to the type of power supply now I give you the highlights first, question shooting, question image if the light conditions are normal we have an image of good quality, well defined with a very good sharpness the next point is the featherweight Anafi drone that allows a verified autonomy of 25 minutes that lighten the backpack on a hike and reduce inertia and impact in case of crash the next strong point in my opinion is the design of the propellers that generate a much lower level of noise than competing devices and that I can tell you it is much more pleasant for you and also for the entourage and the last strong point that I mention on the drone Anafi it's up-and-down camera that allows bottom view unseen camera movements but also shots under infrastructure both for inspection and for photogrammetry in conclusion after analyzing the figures and after 10 days of testing Parrot shows us its ability to develop an easily transportable device producing very good shots and able to compete with DJI's Mavic Air Anafi is perfectible in term of finishing, it must improve with software updates however it produces an image of very good quality and Anafi outright distance competition in terms of noise level, autonomy and energy
